Tao # 15 / Profound
Ф
Once Upon A Time
those who lived through the Tao
were Subtle, Profound and Wise
Knowing there is only NOW
then we must describe
that which cannot be understood
through simply understanding
we must seat ourselves within
and perhaps then
begin
they were
one
with their surroundings
cautious
as
one
crossing
a
winter stream<
conscious
aware as warriors
of all that is
all four directions
subtle
like soft melting
of spring ice in shade
genuine
candid, unaffected, natural
like uncut wood
receptive, vacant, spacious, open
as a valley
When the Water is muddy
leave it be
let it settle
serenity brings clarity
relax as a cat
until action is appropriate
observe without seeking
nor overextending
change without
wanting
be within
enduring
knowing
eternally
beyond
wear
or
renewing
