do without acting
accomplish without effort
do not strain for a particular result

act in the moment
work without anxiety
labour without effort
taste beyond flavour
savour that which others cannot

remember the wisdom of Te Whiti
do not react with violence
act from the root of love
so that your harvest is love
even in the face of hatred
be the divine mirror
reflection of compassion
that does not alter
in confrontation
bury your patu in the earth
but not your head in the sand
think, meditate, practice
until you understand

take care of things
before they get out of control
Do not leave the stove unattended
clean the cutting board
before preparing the food
patch the holes sooner
insure the fence is mended
do not deny the truth
when you see the glaciers melt
take action early
you will not be sorry

sharpen the knife regularly
before it gets dull

do not poison the stream
just to extract diamonds or gold
or you will awaken from such dreams
to find that you have sold
the divine, the sacred life

See the truth if you cannot hear
hear the truth if you are blind
tell the truth if you have courage
act while there is time

mighty kahikateas
grow from tiny seeds
weeds are small
in the spring
but soon can choke
the harvest
when you plant
be conscious
and pull the weeds
early

weak words reflect
meagre faith
indolence results
in overweight
a little exercise
goes a long way

moving inward, we find
the holy and the divine
It is always there
just as the grape
lies dormant in the vine

The wise think before they act
account for the losses
have goals and plans
calculate the margins
before a challenge manifests

those upon the way
have already foreseen
the possibilities
know the noble truths
are conscious of difficulty
through preparation and practice

they are within DivineUnity
thus things are easy
